SAN FRANCISCO, CA–(Marketwired – Dec 22, 2015) – Radix will be auctioning off a bunch of super-premium category killer names — includingLoans.online, Diamonds.online, Reservations.online, Lasvegas.online, Solar.tech, Future.tech and Space.tech in the Live and Online Right of the Dot auction at NamesCon powered by NameJet.
Bidding is now open on NameJet.com and the Live auction conducted by RightOfTheDot starts on January 11, 2016 at 2:00 PM Pacific Time (5:00 PM Eastern Time) at the NamesCon conference. Domains from the live auction that do not hit reserve will be included in the extended auction on the Namejet.com site that will close completely on January 21, 2016 at 2:00 PM Pacific Time.
“We are excited to work with Radix in placing these super-premium domain assets in .Online and .Tech in the hands of end users and investors,” said Monte Cahn, President and Director of RightOfTheDot, LLC. “We are very bullish on the new top-level domain extensions having brokered and sold the highest priced new TLD domains to date. We anticipate that this year’s premium auction inventory will set new sales records!”
Priced at No Reserve, one of the highlights of the auction is the domain Lasvegas.online, presenting a unique opportunity for businesses and investors to bid on the highest selling keyword in domain sale history, in arguably the top performing new extension. .Online which broke all nTLD records at the time of launch was also the fastest to sell 100k domains.
.Tech has been another great success story for Radix. From YouTube celebrities to broadcasting companies, everyone has picked up a .Tech domain for themselves. Most recently, the association behind the huge Consumer Electronics Show recently switched their primary domain from www.ce.org to cta.tech.
“This demonstrates a strong interest in the extension in the secondary market despite its relatively recent launch,” said Sandeep Ramchandani, Business Head of Radix. “With growing awareness, surging registrations and adoption from big brands, these scarce .Online and .Tech domains are a reliable and effective investment in two of the hottest properties in digital real estate.”
Radix is a leading generic top-level domain (gTLD) registry with exclusive rights to manage seven new domain extensions.
