LOUISVILLE, KY (PRWEB) JULY 11, 2016
Ecommerce startup, Shart.com, celebrated its three-year anniversary today by announcing that the U.S. Patent Office has approved its recent patent submission, paving the way for the company to begin putting Shart® on the walls of every home in America.
The approval of their first patent, U.S. Patent # 9,296,552, is big news for the privately owned company that currently owns the trademark for Shart® (Trademark Registration Number 4,397,731), as well as the highly sought domain name, SHART.com.
In addition to nearly tripling their yearly output of Shart® since they first opened for business in July of 2013 and launching a new line of upcycled Sharts®, Shart.com:
- Made the Personal Video Submission round for ABC’s Shark Tank
- Was chosen for inclusion in the Runner’s World 2013 Annual Gift Guide for Runners
- Garnered Over 175,000 Views on their Shart.com You Tube Channel
- Assisted customers with their Sharts® signed by: Olympic Gold Medalists (Usain Bolt), Grammy/Academy Award Winners (Herbie Hancock), World Champions (WNBA, NCAA, World Cup, Track Cycling, Mountain Biking), Hollywood Legends (Stan Lee) and Green Power Rangers (Jason David Frank)
Shart.com President and CEO Todd Schleuning said the company is very excited about the news of their patent approval as well as the addition of their new line of upcycled products. “Now Shart® won’t just look great on your walls, it’ll look great on your back, shoulder or child’s bed.”
He added, “one of our goals for the upcoming year is to add a much larger Shart® to our already, successful lines of Original and Premium Sharts®”
“Everyone knows that kids and runners love to Shart®, but the truth is that Shart® makes a great gift for yourself or your concert or sports loving family member or friend. Imagine their surprise when they open one of our carefully packaged boxes…they’ll be talking about your piece of Shart® for years to come.”
